Shipping

Shipment processing time

  • • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • • Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping

  • • Shipping for all items is supplied free of charge for UK mainland territories or Northern Ireland.
  • • Items through the post will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
  • • Estimated delivery time from completion of order processing will be 3 to 5 working days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages

  • • Nash Management Consultancy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

  • • We currently do not ship outside of the UK mainland territories or Northern Ireland.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for purchases made through our on-line store. This includes (but not limited to):
  • • digital software licenses
  • • Self service kiosk consumables
  • • PC’s, Tablets or other Handheld devices

Nash Management Consultancy LTD reserves the right to change this policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the policy on delivery of goods.
